  This is it. We've found it, the house we've been looking for. Split entry with open foyer area. Coat closet. Steps up to living/kitchen/dining area. Steps down to study with half window. Kitchen is a tad small (11x11), but opens to dining room w/ granite counter in between. Tons of cabinets in kitchen. Old electric stove w/ 2 burners and a grill. No vent. Old box-out window over-looking back yard. White 2/3, 1/3 sink with instant hot water and garbage disposal. Open living/dining w/ cathedral ceilings. Living is good size (16x13) with good light. Pergo (?) floors in living/dining/kitchen. Large addition family room (18x14) in rear w/ carpet. Sliders off dining, door of family to large (26x10) deck and flat, fairly private side yard. Lots of trees would provide good shade in summer. Limited back yard. One full bath near kitchen. One large bedroom w/ half bath. Two smaller bedrooms (appx. 10x10). Good closet space throughout. Huge MBR suite. Bedroom is 23x18. Bath is large with double sink, shower and long jacuzzi tub. Huge closets, skylights, lots of sunlight and exposed beams. Nice Andersen windows throughout with inside screen. Many windows open out rather than up/down. Large laundry room (10x8) next to MBR. Downstairs is an office (15x14) and large exercise room (23x20) with utilities hidden in closets. Two one-car garages with large additional storage space. House is slightly raised from road. Only issues we could find were stove, stove vent, window over sink, squeaky floors in family, less-than-top-quality floors in living/dining/kitchen, main electric breaker appeared to be 100 amps whereas listing claims 200 amps and wood shingles. Heating burner was relatively new, boiler was semi-modern, HW heater was only 2 years old and an excellent make according to Todd. Oil tank is relatively new. Did not see A/C.
